It’s been a really bittersweet week. Most of us breathed a sigh of relief watching Rob emerge still strong, still humble and still himself. Watching him navigate through premieres, paps, rude fans (times talk), intrusive questions and the general curiosity of his life Rob held himself together, protected his girl and showed the world that he is the no.1 movie star for a reason.
Just so we are clear, even though there was no verbal confirmation, I am more convinced that ever that he and Kristen are focussing on themselves and their relationship.
The strange thing from the past week though was realising how much I really miss Kristen. Rarely does Kristen or Rob accompany each other on their press tours but because we finally got affirmation that Rob was ok, it was a true realisation that we haven’t seen Kristen in over 3 weeks.
Personally I miss her and it’s not even really about seeing her because she deserves her privacy and we have gone much longer without her. I miss know that everything’s right in her world. I miss that assurance that she is doing ok in her life. Looking at the various tumblr photos makes me wonder if she knows how much she is loved? How much we all really support her and would only cheer if she came out. She would never here me boo at the mention of her name.
Obviously she owes nothing to me, I’d rather have her stay away and focus her attention on what is important in her life but god… if would be so freaking awesome to see her smile again. I think it may actually be the one thing that can bring this fandom back from the brink.
So Kristen I’ll wait, I’ll feel this ache, I’ll wonder and daydream that you’re happy and safe and when you are ready we will be here all waiting.
